Lauren brings over 15 years of experience in strategy development, systems change, and human-centered design. Prior to co-founding CG Squared, Lauren was Director of Strategy and Innovation at Blue Shield of California, where she led enterprise initiatives and engaged cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and impact. Her background includes work across the healthcare ecosystem—from health plans to medical device manufacturers—helping organizations translate vision into clear, actionable strategies. Lauren holds a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
